Network & Super Charge Your Twitter Efforts

Whether you’re a local tradesman or accountant everyday (apart from Saturdays) there are hashtags on twitter trending with active members of Twitter actively networking with each other using the hashtags below.

Using this guide (see below the table) I’ll help you supercharge your twitter and help spread your brand, twitter and message across the UK and network with some extraordinary businesses and business owners whilst helping drive your social media strategy further.

If you’re interested in doing this but don’t have an hour or two to do this yourself. I can do this in the half the time you can as I’ve done this a good couple of times. Hire me here and I’ll be happy to implement this.

You’re not going to want to do this weekly and I’m not surprised the task looks daunting. I’ve been talking to a few people recently who are interested in this approach and this approach has worked very well with Verify A Plumber.

This guide will help you supercharge your twitter, networking efforts and make friends on Twitter.

IFTTT (If This Then That)

IFTTT is a great social media tool that is free to use that will supercharge your social media and in some cases personal life. It’ll allow you to create chains of simple conditional statements, IFTTT call them “recipes”.

We’ll focus on what we can do with Twitter and these active hashtags. After signing up and activating your twitter account next thing we’re going to want to do is scroll up and check out the first hashtag (#CheshireHour to be posted at 20:00 on a Monday). Click “Create Recipe”

You’ll be presented with the following page and we’ll want to click “this”.

Once you’ve clicked this you’ll be presented with choosing your trigger. Your trigger will be a date.

Step two is to choosing the trigger – Every day at, Every hour at, ect (see below).

We’re going to need to do “Every day of the week at” although in the next step we can choose specific dates.

If we go back and check the first hashtag #CheshireHour at 20:00 on a Monday. Therefore we tick Monday and choose 20:00.

The next step is to create the trigger and then press “that”

The next action is to choose channel. You should search for Twitter and click twitter.

Choose action which would obviously be “Post a tweet”.

Finally you’ll want to go to and write something descriptive and within 140 characters baring in mind that you’ll need to leave at least 18 characters spare as the longest hashtag is WorcestershireHour whilst a link from is 13 characters plus a space in between the link and the hashtag. Therefore you’ll want to leave 32 characters. Once you’ve done this you’ll want to copy and paste that into the box shown when completing the action field.

This is great as you don’t want to over complicate your tweet. Keep it simple, I personally kept it to my name + a description.

Now you just have to repeat this 90 times.

If you’re interested in doing this but don’t have an hour or two to do this yourself. I can do this in the half the time you can as I’ve done this a good couple of times. Hire me here and I’ll be happy to implement this.
